Welcome to our New Team Members

Collier Park is delighted to welcome some new members to our team at Collier Café as we transition to bringing our food and beverage offering in-house from December.

Please join us in welcoming our new team members, Wendy our Hospitality Manager, and Harry our Lead Chef. You will also see some familiar faces as Rosey, Krysha and Geena will continue to serve up your favourites.

Wendy comes to us with a wealth of food and beverage experience and will be sure to hit the ground running into the festive season with fresh ideas and flair. Harry is an avid golfer who enjoys his time out on the course just as much as in the kitchen. Harry joins our team with extensive Chef and Kitchen Management experience across a variety of industries, and is excited to finally be able to combine his two major passions into one role!

Collier Café and bar will be CLOSED from 5pm Sunday 28th November and will reopen on Tuesday 30th November, as we bring in some new kitchen equipment and get ready for a busy summer. But don’t worry, there will be a coffee van on the ground ready to serve your caffeine hit, plus a variety of snacks before you tee-off. Cold drinks will still be available from the Pro Shop as usual.

From Tuesday 30th November, our new look menu will be available at Collier Café, with a couple of tasty new additions on offer. In the coming months, patrons can also expect brekkie BBQs on the weekends, a more prominent kid’s menu and ice creams for those balmy afternoons.


Once again, we wish to thank Justin, Drew & Tony of Perth Catering & Events for their support and quality service over the past few years and wish them all the best as they grow their business across more venues in Perth.

We look forward to serving your friendly faces from December and continuing to offer a quality catering option at Collier Café as we swing into Summer.
