Collier Park Golf to bring Food & Beverage Offering In-House from December 2021

Collier Park Golf has moved to bring all food and beverage services in-house at the conclusion of current suppliers’ – Perth Catering & Events – contract at the end of November.

Justin, Drew and Tony from Perth Catering & Events have set a strong foundation and demonstrated the demand for a quality catering option for golf course patrons.

Venue Manager for Collier Park Gemma Nicholson says that with development of the Collier Park facility looking to increase in the coming months and years, combining the food and beverage services with golf operations is a great opportunity to further increase the range of services offered to customers.

“This will ensure patrons enjoy a fully inclusive and valued experience moving forward”, said Gemma. “We are very excited to introduce a new Hospitality Manager who will be starting in mid-November. She comes to us with a wealth of experience and will be sure to hit the ground running into the festive season with fresh ideas and flair.”

Patrons can expect a few additions to the current menu offering including brekkie BBQs on the weekends, a more prominent kid’s menu and ice creams for those balmy afternoons.

Collier Park welcomes some of the Perth Catering & Events’ staff to the Clublinks team so the community will still see some friendly and familiar faces serving up their favourites.
