Silent Book Club is a global movement where book lovers meet in bars and coffee shops and read their own book in silence for an hour. There is time for conversation and interaction before and after the reading time and is a great excuse to get out and about, mingle with like-minded book worms and enjoy a coffee at the same time.
Activate Mental Health in Perth is an official chapter of Silent Book Club and hosts these events regularly at Collier Park on the following dates from 3pm to 5pm:
1st October
5th November
3rd December
7th January
4th February
4th March

Studies have shown that sport and physical activities, specifically in greenspaces such as golf courses, help improve people’s health and wellbeing and cultivates a strong sense of community belonging and pride.
This program aims to use activities on the golf course as means to promote social inclusion and interactivity, and a conversation about mental health through an engagement of a physical activity.
Join us at our weekly catch ups and start prioritising your mental wellness alongside your physical health.
