Redevelopment Update - We’ve found our construction partner!

Posted on September 1, 2025

Another milestone reached: we’ve found our construction partner!

After a competitive process, we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be working with BADGE Constructions to bring Collier Park’s transformation to life! The BADGE Group has over four decades of experience delivering large scale construction projects and with their Perth leadership team being keen golfers themselves, we know they’ll deliver a quality build while ensuring our golfers are well looked after during construction phases and beyond.

Their work starts right away with some behind-the-scenes site planning and fine tuning of the building design. If all goes to plan, you’ll see BADGE swapping golf clubs for some serious equipment on site from late November into early December.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Our magnificent golf course, mini golf course, golf shop and café will ALL remain open during construction with minimal disruptions to our driving range.

FAQ’s – Let us answer your burning questions.

Will the golf course stay open during construction?

Yes! Our 27-hole course and mini golf remain fully open throughout the project. The café and golf shop will also continue to serve you as normal. Only minimal changes may occur around the driving range while works are underway.

When will construction actually start?

Behind-the-scenes planning and design refinement has already begun. If everything goes to schedule, you’ll see activity on site from late November into early December.

Who is the construction partner and why them?

We’re excited to be teaming up with BADGE Constructions, one of Australia’s most respected privately owned builders. With over 40 years’ experience and a strong local presence in Perth, BADGE has delivered everything from schools and health facilities to major community spaces. They bring the scale and expertise needed for a project of this size, while their Perth leadership team — being keen golfers themselves — understand how important it is to keep your Collier Park experience running smoothly during the build.

Will construction affect my golf experience?

Our priority is keeping golf running smoothly. You’ll still be able to book your tee times, play mini golf, grab a coffee, or shop for gear as usual. Any driving range interruptions will be kept minimal and clearly communicated in advance.

Why is Collier Park being transformed?

We’re redefining what a public golf course can be: creating a hub for the whole community. Alongside our incredible golf course, the new venue will introduce a two storey entertainment-based driving range, restaurant and café for the whole community, an all-abilities playground, Padel tennis courts and a dedicated function centre.

How will I know what’s happening next?

We’ll keep you updated through our website, newsletters, and social channels. You’ll see signage on site too. For the latest, check the redevelopment updates page on our website and subscribe to our newsletter.
