New Pre-Payment Policy for Online Bookings

Collier Park to Introduce Online Payments All Week – effective July 1st

 

To all Collier Customers: we are informing you of an important update regarding our online booking system process. In August last year, we began taking online payments for weekend bookings to limit no-shows and last-minute cancellations, as this interfered with other Golfers getting tee times.  

Due to the success of this process and the positive feedback we have received, we are going to begin taking online payments for every booking on every day of the week.  

Details here: 

  • Effective Date: This comes into effect from July 1st and so first rounds impacted will be July 10th. 
  • New Policy: Pre-payment required for all online bookings at time of booking, Monday through Sunday. 
  • How It Works: When you book your tee time online, you will be prompted to complete payment to confirm your reservation. 

Why We’re Making This Change: 

  • Enhanced Convenience: Streamlining the booking process ensures a smoother and more efficient experience for everyone.  
  • Improved Commitment: Pre-payment helps reduce no-shows and ensures that more players have the opportunity to enjoy the course. 
  • Operational Efficiency: This policy allows our staff to better manage and prepare for your visit, ensuring optimal course conditions and service. 

We understand this change may be inconvenient for some, but we believe this adjustment will ultimately benefit all of our customers to ensure no tee times are left unused, when other Golfers would otherwise happily make use of those spots.

FAQ’s 

Why is this policy being extended to weekdays? 

We are extending this policy to enhance booking convenience, reduce no-shows and improve our operational efficiency. This is to ensure an improved experience for all of our customers.  

When will this policy come into effect? 

The new policy will be effective starting July 1st – bookings from 10th July will be effected.  

How do I make an online booking and prepay? 

The booking process remains the same with the exception of prepayments being required. That means, all you need to do is: 

  1. Visit our booking system 
  2. Make your selection and follow the prompts – including making payment 
  3. Begin looking forward to another great round at Collier Park Golf 

What happens if I need to cancel or modify my booking? 

Please refer to our cancellation policy. Generally, all cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to your booking to be eligible for a refund or re-scheduling.  

What do I do if I have a concession card?

You can make a specific concession selection when booking in your round and the concession price will be reflected. Concession cards must be provided on site when checking in for your round. See below a screenshot of the concession selection.
