Collier Park Launches NEW Beginner Twilight Golf Event
A Fun and Educational Golf Experience for New Players!
We understand that Golf can be an intimidating and overwhelming sport to get involved in.
For most new Golfers, it can feel like there’s so much to learn and that all eyes are on you every time you play.
The problem with this is that it stops many people from getting into this wonderful game. People who would have otherwise given it a go.
At Collier Park, we’ve decided to support new players taking up the game with a new initiative: our Beginner Twilight Event!
If you take part, here’s what you can look forward to:
- Play 4 holes at Collier Park Golf with our two PGA Trainee Professionals, Mai and Georgia – who will guide you through everything from preparing for a round, to getting more comfortable on the course
- A small group of only 8 beginners are invited to begin with (first in first served) – that way, new Golfers can play with people who are in the same position and playing ability – greatly reducing your feeling of being overwhelmed
- After your round, while enjoying some pizzas, chips and a drink you’ll have the chance to fire questions to Mai and Georgia in a Q&A session – giving you some time to ask any burning questions you may have (and would otherwise not have had the chance to ask)
If you’re a beginner Golfer or someone who has always wanted to take up the game and gain confidence out on the course, then this event is designed specifically for you!
As we’ve already outlined, there are only 8 spots to begin with as we are launching this initiative for the first time.
If you’d like to be the first to take part, click the button below to book your spots.
You won’t be disappointed you did!

FAQ’s
Do I need to bring my own Golf clubs?
If you have your own, please feel free to bring them along. Otherwise, we have more than enough hire sets that you can use on the night for no extra charge.
I missed out this time. Will you hold more events?
That’s certainly the plan! This launch will be a nice test case for us to see what the demand for this is and whether there would be more new Golfers interested. Stay tuned – we’ll let you know if/when we decide to run more.
What constitutes a beginner?
Our ideal person for this event is either someone who has never played before and wants to get out on course, or someone who has played only a few rounds and wants to gain more confidence on the course. No seasoned Golfers for this one please!
