Just beyond the cafe, our event lawn is becoming something new.
A relaxed outdoor beer garden, connected to Collier Cafe and the function room, designed for long afternoons, post-round drinks and easy catch-ups.
Set on the grass with views across the course, the space will feature shaded tables, comfortable seating and a fresh alfresco feel. A place to arrive for a coffee, stay for a drink, and linger a little longer.
Expect cold Guinness and Stone & Wood on tap, summer sangrias over ice, and a menu built for sharing. Boards, snacks and meals that suit the table, not the clock.
Whether you’re coming off the course, meeting friends, or hosting something casual, the beer garden extends Collier Cafe into a social space that feels open, welcoming and unmistakably Collier Park.
